Introduction to Williams College Theses

The Archives administers the College's undergraduate honors theses, older Master's theses, research papers written by students of the Center for Development Economics and, since 2005, Master's theses and symposium presentations in Art History. Recordings of the graduate lectures in Art History are preserved in the Williams College Archives and the library of the Sterling and Francine Clark Art Institute. In addition, the Schow Science Library houses print copies of undergraduate honors theses written in the sciences and psychology.

You may locate a thesis in the library catalog. Numerous undergraduate theses are also available in electronic form. Check this website for those available: Unbound.

Students writing a thesis should review submission guidelines. Included here are a sample title page (word or pdf format) and a thesis release form that must be signed by the student and thesis advisor(s) and submitted with the thesis.
