Consider Retiring Records to the Archives
The following is for Williams' staff and faculty only. Please
consider reviewing your department or committee files, weeding
duplicate information, and retiring files of permanent value to the
College Archives. This will ensure that important records are safely
stored, superfluous records are destroyed, and that you are keeping
only those files that are of current use to you. Please contact the Records Manager to ascertain if your department has a records retention schedule. This schedule provides individualized guidance based on legal and fiscal requirements.
