Publication
If you plan to publish original material from the Archives collections, you must make a written application to the College Archivist for permission to publish. In granting permission to publish, the Archives does not surrender its own right thereafter to publish the material or to grant permission to others to publish it.
Loans
Because so many of the Archives' collections are unique or rare, materials do not circulate. We will, however, allow brief loans of duplicate published items (such as yearbooks), or make special arrangements for exhibition use.
