Visiting the Archives
Planning a Research Visit
Plan ahead for your research visit, and e-mail or telephone us beforehand to discuss your interests. This will give staff time to pull material from the stacks and have it available upon your arrival. Please note that, due to renovation of our library building, only select collections are available for use in our temporary quarters.
Registration
All researchers must register at the reading room services desk when beginning their work. You will need to present a picture ID or valid driver's license and you will be asked to complete a registration form upon which will be logged all materials that you use from the collections. We also ask that your coat, briefcase, bag and/or back pack be deposited with special collections staff.
