Processed by: Rashida Hilliard ('99), Julie Diep ('97), and S.K. Brown, December 1995
Total Volume: 30 boxes: 15 l.f.
Provenance: The Gaudino Papers came to the department upon the death of Robert L. Gaudino. Organizational solidification or re-organization of the collection was begun in those early years by Williamsiana staff. The basic organization devised at that time is that which has, to a great extent, been reproduced here. It is unknown, however, whether this was the actual filing structure maintained by Gaudino himself. The Papers were officially deeded to the College in 1996.
Restrictions: Materials of a sensitive or personal nature in the body of the Papers, including applications, grades, notes, correspondence, etc., have been removed from their folders and placed in separate boxes at the end of the collection. If it was possible, Archives staff excised personally identifying information in copies of these documents and returned these copies to their place in the Papers. An original item may be requested only by the individual student in question. Student files for Williams-in-India and Williams-at-Home participants (even in their redacted form) are restricted to use by that alumnus, or with permission of the alumnus.
