Provenance: The files were received December 2005 from Paula Wells, Administrative Coordinator of the Theater Department. The folders included paperwork and photographs from various productions that were gathered by a production's staff and filed after the production closed. Upon being received by the Archives, these files were rearranged in chronological order and photos were moved to separate folders. Files pertaining to performances given by outside groups at the theater were separated from college productions so that they could be easily distinguished.
Restrictions: Employment/financial information regarding some of the outside groups is restricted for 75 years from the date of the group's hire.
Conservation: Any deteriorating materials, including newsprint, were photocopied onto acid free paper. Materials were moved into acid free folders and placed in acid free cartons.
Copyright: Request for permission to publish material from the collection must be submitted in writing to the College Archivist.
