MSS#: AC 24
Collection processed and guide composed by: Bryan Flowers, June 2004

Volume : approx: 6.5 linear ft. (13 manuscript boxes and 1 clamshell box)

Provenance: During its renovation process, employees of the Adams Memorial Theater found a series of records in the attic of their offices. These records were given to the Archives by the theater with the intention that they be added to the Archives collection for future reference. The files were received on May 14 th, 2004 and were added to an existing backlog collection. The folders include paperwork and photographs from various productions that were gathered by a production's staff and filed after the production closed. Upon being received by the Archives, these files were rearranged in chronological order, photos were moved to separate folders, and files pertaining to performances given by outside groups at the theater separated so that they could be easily distinguished.

Restrictions: None

Conservation: Any deteriorating materials, including correspondence, newsprint, and other documents, were photocopied onto acid free paper. Materials were moved into acid free folders, then removed from their cardboard boxes and placed in manuscript boxes.

Copyright: Request for permission to publish material from the collection must be submitted in writing to the College Archivist.
